Acting in a Film Commercial w/Bright Lights Productions (Ages 10-12)

Have you ever been interested in acting or interested in being in a commercial? Here's your chance? Bright Lights Productions will work with students on acting skills. Students will learn; emotions flashcards, learn to create characters, learn how to work in groups and solo, and learn how to take directions from a filming director. All these lessons will lead up to filming and shooting a short film series. There will be a $25.00 materials fee due to the instructor at the 1st class. Filming for the classes that start in June will take place on Friday, July 12th from 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. for ALL students. Filming for the classes that start in July will take place on Friday, August 9th from 8 a.m. - 12 p.m. for ALL students. Beginner/Intermediate Chess Camp Ages 6-14 (Mandell Chess)

This camp is designed for students who are relative beginners as well as those who have participated in 1 or 2 classes. The history of chess, along with its benefits to various aspects of one's life will be covered. The camp will stress teamwork and good sportsmanship as well as instruction in developing sound opening moves, learning to think and plan ahead, and gaining familiarity with tactical and strategic middle and endgame moves. Students will also be introduced to tournament chess (with a camp competition) and much more! Bring a bag lunch & water bottle. Chess equipment will be provided. Welcome to STEAMwarts Academy of Wizards, Spells and Potions! You'll design your own wand and wizarding gear and be sorted into your perfect STEAM house. You'll take on a full load of wizarding classes, from Transfiguration to Flying Broomsticks to Magical Beasts. You'll mix up spellbinding potions, cast enchanting spells, make your own flying dragon and much more. Camp will culminate with an enhanced graduation ceremony complete with butter beer diplomas. Challenge Island STEAM - Slimetopia 3 Camp - Slime Chefs on Deck! (Ages 5-11)

Prepare to stir up the most delicious-looking slime recipes on the Seven Seas! You and your STEAM Team have been chosen to be slime sous chefs on the S.S. Slimetopia cruise ship, and it's up to you to "feed" the slime-hungry passengers morning, noon and night! You'll mix up Belgian Waffle Slime, Fast Food Hamburger Slime, Ice Cream Sundae Slime and Spectacular Sushi Slime (just to name a few)! Coming off the success of our Slimtopia 2 camp last year, Slimetopia 3 is sure to sell out in a squishy, squashy splash, so book your cruise cabin ooey, gooey fast! Energy Zapper Camp (Ages 4-11)

Our Energy Zapper Camp is a fun camp filled with organized games, jumping on our trampoline and tumbl trak, climbing on the rock walls, tackling our awesome ninja course, jumping in our huge foam pits, and much more! Each child will also have the opportunity to experience each of the gymnastics events, which are bars, beam, vault, and floor. Weather permitting we take the fun outside for yard games and sidewalk chalk. This super popular camp is a must this summer! GTC Gymnastics/Tumble Camp (Ages 4-11)

Are you ready for a week full of gymnastics and tumbling fun? Whether you are a current gymnast, cheerleader, or beginner, this camp is perfect for you! We will introduce children to all gymnastics events as well as spend extra time learning the basics of tumbling. Take a trip to the past, dig for dinosaur bones and make your very own dinosaur tooth, dinosaur fossil, stegosaurus skeleton and more! Mad Science NASA Camp: Academy of Future Space Explorers (Ages 5-12)

Mad Science has teamed up with NASA in a quest for exploration! We'll take a voyage of discovery into the atmosphere and beyond as we explore planets, moons, and other space phenomena in our solar system. Things will heat up as we examine the sun and other stars and discover the difficulties of space travel. Kids will get a firsthand experience of the challenges of living in space as they try to assemble a satellite while training to be an astronaut. For added fun, we'll learn about the various technologies that make space exploration possible while bouncing around the room! Kids will love to build their own Mad Science Skyblazer Rocket and participate in a real "NASA" style rocket launch. This camp was developed in conjunction with NASA. Mad Science: Brixology Camp (Ages 7-12)

Brixology Camp sets the foundation for our next generation of makers! Children learn about different types of engineering and then team up to construct a different engineering-themed project using LEGO® bricks. We'll learn about aerospace engineering while assembling a space station. We'll explore mechanical engineering as we build boats and vehicles. That's not all! From carnival rides to drawing machines, mechanical animals to truss bridges, your future engineer will build upon their creativity to solve real-world design challenges, while developing their problem-solving and team-building skills. Nerf Camp (Ages 5-11)

Ready, Aim, Fire!! GTC Nerf Camp is action-packed and non-stop fun! Our high energy camp staff will promote teamwork, problem solving, and good sportsmanship through organized games, target practice, and challenges. Rochester Falcon Football Youth Camp (Grades 1-8)

This camp is for any student interested in learning the basic fundamentals of football. Athletes will work with High School coaches on proper football techniques at a variety of positions, participate in drills designed to improve football related skills, and play in flag football games throughout the entirety of camp. Skyhawks: Cheerleading Camp (Ages 7-12)

This class teaches young athletes the essential skills to lead the crowd and support the home team. Each participant will learn cheers, proper hand/body movements, and jumping techniques. There is no stunting, just a big focus on fun while each cheerleader learns important life skills such as teamwork and leadership. The program concludes with a final cheer performance. Snapology Summer Camps: Amazing Race (Ages 6-12)

Are you ready for an adventure? Send your learner on a trip with Snapology around the world to discover unique aspects of different cultures. While they explore, they will be challenged to work with a partner to solve different tasks in various "countries" that will put them ahead or behind in the race to the finish line! Not only will your students be learning about world cultures and developing an appreciation for cultural differences, but they will be competing in fun challenges using LEGO® bricks to test their building and problem-solving skills.
