The mission of the Rochester Pre-K Programs is to provide a secure and caring environment which encourages children to grow in independence, curiosity, self-confidence, and social skills, as they begin their journey of lifelong learning. All Pre-K Programs are licensed by the State of Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs. Our programs meet or exceed all licensing rules and regulations. Registration for the 2024-2025 School Year begins for current Pre-K Families and RCS Employees on March 4, 2024. Registration for the 2024-2025 School Year begins for new families in the RCS District boundaries begins March 18, 2024. Registration begins for new families in the RCS district March 18, 2024. Registration for out of district families will open August 1, 2024 if spots remain. ** Please make sure once the class you have registered for is in your cart to hit the CHECKOUT button to complete the registration process.** For those families who register after the start of the school year (September 2024), your tuition will be prorated based on the number of days your child has missed. 2024-2025 Classes and Tuition Our Pre-K 3 program is for children who turn 3 on or before December 1st of the year. We recommend that children enrolling in a Pre-K 3 class turn three on or before September 1st of the school year. Children enrolling in any Pre-K class must be fully toilet trained.
