The Boys Volleyball Club would be designed to allow our high school males to participate in volleyball.
Men’s volleyball is the next sport to be added to MHSSA Varsity sports. Currently, men’s volleyball is competing in high schools across the state as a High School Club. The Boys Volleyball Season is March - May. In 2021, 19 teams in Michigan high school clubs competed and for the 2022 season there were 38. New schools on the eastside of the state are: Dakota, Saline, Northville, Catholic Central, Brighton, Novi and Clarkston. With the growing number of schools participating, it would be beneficial to have Rochester Community Schools represented. Our Rochester United Boys would have the opportunity to compete for district, regional and even state titles. The club members would be responsible for their own transportation to and from competition. We would expect a 1-3 day/week schedule for Rochester United.
