We offer group swim lessons, lifeguard training and so much more for kids and adults. Our aquatics program is one of the best in Oakland County. All of our staff are American Red Cross (ARC) certified lifeguards and instructors

We recommend that children enrolling in a Pre-K 3 class turn three on or before September 1st of the year. Children enrolling in any Pre-K class must be fully toilet trained.

High School Summer Learning Program
A 45-minute class for children to work with their parent/guardian, and a GTC trained instructor, to introduce the amazing sport of gymnastics! All classes are taught in a fun, safe, and engaging environment, where students learn social skills, following directions, and body awareness. Students are taught basic gymnastic skills on floor, bars, beams, and tumbl trak! Girls: prefer you wear gymnastic leotards (no attached skirts). Boys: please wear a t-shirt and gym shorts. Belts, buckles, jeans, and jewelry are not allowed. Long hair must be in a ponytail. Sorry, no makeup classes will be offered. Classes are held at Gymnastics Training Center, 1813 Northfield Drive, Rochester Hills, MI.
All registrations must be made more than 2 business days prior to the start date of the class. Classes that do not meet established minimums will be cancelled. Please register early to avoid cancelled classes!
If you need to cancel this class you would need to do so 7 days or more from exact start date of class, and subject to a $10 service fee.If it is 6 days or less before the start date of the class, or if you go to the class and decide you want to cancel, you would need to do so before the 2nd class meets and will be subject to a $25 service fee. After the 2nd class starts there are no refunds, transfers or cancellations. Regardless of sign up date.
