Even though Yoga is 5,000 years old, it is still relevant today as we look for balance in our bodies (flexibility and stability), in our minds (openness and focus) and our hearts (calmness and liveliness). We access these levels through physical postures, breathing and how we use our attention. Beginning and experienced students are welcome. This class can be taken in person or virtually via Zoom. You can decide which way on a week-to-week basis. All registrations must be made more than 2 business days prior to the start date of the class. Classes that do not meet established minimums will have to be cancelled. Please register early to avoid cancelled classes! If you need to cancel this class you would need to do so 7 days or more from exact start date of class, and subject to a $10 service fee. If it is 6 days or less before the start date of the class, or if you go to the class and decide you want to cancel, you would need to do so before the 2nd class meets and will be subject to a $25 service fee. After the 2nd class starts there are no refunds, transfers or cancellations (regardless of sign up date).
