Hart MS 7th grade “A Christmas Carol” Meadowbrook Field Trip 2026-2027

Our annual seventh-grade field trip to Meadow Brook Theatre’s production of A Christmas Carol is just around the corner!

We are so excited to offer our students the opportunity to see a live play at a local theater; it is truly one of the best productions around. Rochester Community School’s seventh-grade classes include this field trip in their fall curriculum because it so wonderfully meets our English Language Arts standards.

All seventh graders must know and understand the elements of drama and exhibit active listening skills.

In addition, we tie many other standards into this field trip including proving knowledge of character analysis, symbolism, narrative plot structure, and cross-text comparisons.
