Sigma Xi Explorers is the student chapter of the Sigma Xi Scientific Research Honor Society and is open to students who are enrolled in an RHS AP Capstone course: AP Seminar or AP Research. For Capstone students looking to take their research to the next level, members receive experience that builds a strong foundation for college success and will have an opportunity to interact with mentoring groups at OU, U of M, and GM. Students also participate in volunteer work to support AP Capstone research trips and RHS school events.

National membership fee: In addition to the $30 club fee, members must also pay the $25 national membership fee.
Membership includes a mailed copy of the organization's American Scientist magazine.
