    RCS District E-Flyer Advertising Fees (2026–2027)

    Rochester Community Schools utilizes the Peachjar platform for distribution of electronic materials to the school community in order to minimize intrusions for students and employees. Peachjar and RCS fees may apply. Flyers are sent out every Monday and Friday morning.

    The activity on the flyer must:

  • Benefit children
  • Not compete with RCS enrichment programs
  • Be offered within the cities of Rochester, Rochester Hills, Auburn Hills, or Oakland Township
  • Be no more than one page, front and back
  • Contain the statement, “Rochester Community Schools does not support or endorse any of the organizations, activities or events identified in this flyer.”
  • Be pre-approved by RCS community relations and enrichment departments. Please contact Community Relations department with questions and for complete 2026-2027 guidelines: CommunityRelations@rcs-k12.us
    The district fee for approved flyers must be pre-paid with a credit card in Eleyo

    1. Go to https://rochesteronline.ce.eleyo.com/

    2. Select subscription type, single flyer, yearly (12 max.) or unlimited flyers. We offer non-profits a 50% discount with proof of status. Please note your subscription is valid through June 30, 2027.

    3. Submit approved flyer in Peachjar.com under Community Organization and select schools for distribution. Peachjar fees may apply.

    Once the district advertising fee has been paid, please allow up to two weeks for e-flyers to be processed and approved through the Peachjar site.

    Advertising Fees (July 1,  2026 – June 30, 2027)

    Single Flyer

    For-Profit Organization: $350, Nonprofit Organization: $175

    Yearly Flyers (12 max)

    For-Profit Organization: $750, Nonprofit Organization: $375

    Unlimited Flyers

    For-Profit Organization: $4,000, Nonprofit Organization: $2,000
