Beginner: Whatever your ability, this small group instruction for ages 18 and up will help you improve your skills and self-confidence. The lessons are designed for those who have little or no experience in the water. Students will learn submersion into the water, front & back floats, and beginner swim strokes.

Intermediate: The lessons are designed for those who are able to swim at least one length (25 yards) of the pool. Students will focus on endurance and beginner stroke perfection. We will also introduce more advanced swim strokes.

All registrations must be made more than 2 business days prior to the start date of the class. Classes that do not meet established minimums will have to be cancelled. Please register early to avoid cancelled classes!

If you need to cancel this class you would need to do so 7 days or more from exact start date of class, and subject to a $10 service fee. If it is 6 days or less before the start date of the class, or if you go to the class and decide you want to cancel, you would need to do so before the 2nd class meets and will be subject to a $25 service fee.
