We offer group swim lessons, lifeguard training and so much more for kids and adults. Our aquatics program is one of the best in Oakland County. All of our staff are American Red Cross (ARC) certified lifeguards and instructors

Fundamental of Lacrosse: Are you new to lacrosse, or looking to improve your skills before the season starts? This lacrosse camp will cover the rules and the understanding of playing lacrosse outside. We will cover field, positions, game concepts and techniques, and all positions will be taught to every player.
Please bring water for four hours and at a minimum a lacrosse stick & gloves. Sneakers ONLY, no cleats. Also bring a peanut free snack.
There are NO refunds for 1 or 2 day classes.
The Sharks program is not a high-level travel team. It is a program that focuses on developing players, so that they enjoy their high school lacrosse programs and beyond. We have had hundreds of players, over the years, have gone on to play varsity lacrosse for Rochester Adams, Rochester High, Stoney Creek, Avondale High, and Notre Dame Prep. We have several kids over the years that have been awarded college scholarships for lacrosse.
That is what it’s all about, from the days when Coach Stew started the program (2004) to where the program is today. Sharks lacrosse develops players that go on to be leaders on the field and in our community. The impact is apparent: today, we have several players that have come back to coach to give back to new players and the program.
