Girls Flag Football Training Enrichment Class is designed to introduce middle school girls (6th-8th grade) to the fundamentals of flag football in a fun, supportive, and confidence building environment.

Participants will learn the basic rules, skills, and strategies of flag football while developing athletic abilities such as speed, agility, coordination, and teamwork. No prior football experience is required-this program is perfect for beginners and for girls who want to build a strong foundation for future play.

Bring soccer cleats or tennis shoes, shorts or leggings without pockets, mouthguard, water and bring flags, if you own them.

All registrations must be made by 12pm/noon, 2 business days prior to the start date of the class. Classes that do not meet established minimums will have to be cancelled. Please register early to avoid cancelled classes! No late registrations.

If you need to cancel this class you would need to do so 7 days or more from exact start date of class, and subject to a $10 service fee. If it is 6 days or less before the start date of the class, or if you go to the class and decide you want to cancel, you would need to do so before the 2^nd class meets and will be subject to a $25 service fee. Regardless of sign up date, after the 2^nd class starts there are no refunds, transfers or cancellations.
