Running is a lifelong exercise, so why not get started with proper techniques now? This camp is designed to teach the fundamentals of track and field. Campers will be introduced to several short, middle, and long distance runs that they would compete in at the middle school level. Campers will be taken through the proper techniques in warm-up and stretch. They will also be introduced to several middle school field events as well. Please wear gym shoes, shorts and bring bottled water every day.

All registrations must be made more than 3 business days prior to the start date of the class. Classes that do not meet established minimums will have to be cancelled. Please register early to avoid cancelled classes!

If you need to cancel this class you would need to do so 7 days or more from exact start date of class, and subject to a $10 service fee. No refunds, transfers, or cancellations will be given if you cancel less than 7 days. Regardless of sign up date.
