We offer group swim lessons, lifeguard training and so much more for kids and adults. Our aquatics program is one of the best in Oakland County. All of our staff are American Red Cross (ARC) certified lifeguards and instructors

Our preschool class introduces little ones to the exciting world of movement and gymnastics! Through fun games, obstacle courses, and age-appropriate skill progressions, children develop balance, coordination, and body awareness. Athletes will explore basic skills on the floor, bars, beam, and vault while learning to listen, take turns, and follow directions in a positive and playful environment. This class is a great way to build confidence, make friends, and burn energy - all while having fun!
Children should wear a leotard or tight fitting athletic clothing. Sorry, no makeup classes will be allowed/offered. All parents must wait in the GTC lobby during lessons. Classes are held at Gymnastics Training Center, 1813 Northfield Drive, Rochester Hills, MI 48309.
All registrations must be made more than 2 business days prior to the start date of the class. Classes that do not meet established minimums will have to be cancelled. Please register early to avoid cancelled classes!
If you need to cancel this class you would need to do so 7 days or more from exact start date of class, and subject to a $10 service fee.If it is 6 days or less before the start date of the class, or if you go to the class and decide you want to cancel, you would need to do so before the 2nd class meets and will be subject to a $25 service fee. After the 2nd class starts there are no refunds, transfers or cancellations. Regardless of sign up date.
