We offer group swim lessons, lifeguard training and so much more for kids and adults. Our aquatics program is one of the best in Oakland County. All of our staff are American Red Cross (ARC) certified lifeguards and instructors

Ten Pre-K students and six Early Childhood Special Education Students (ECSE) students join together in a three hour class, supported by a Pre-K Teacher, ECSE teacher, and ECSE paraprofessional.
We recommend that children enrolling in a Pre-K 3 class turn three on or before September 1st of the year. Children enrolling in any Pre-K class must be fully toilet trained.

Short Description
Van Hoosen VEX V5 Robotics 2025–2026
The VEX Robotics Competition challenges teams of students to design and build a robot to compete in a game-based engineering challenge. Classroom STEM concepts are put to the test as students learn lifelong skills in teamwork, leadership, communications, and more. VEX V5 teams are made up of 7th and 8th grade Van Hoosen students and are coached by parent volunteers. Practices take place in the evenings at Van Hoosen Middle School, scheduled according to coaches’ availability. Team spots are limited and depend on the number of available coaches.
Important: Student applications, teacher/coach recommendations, and coach pre-approval are required before completing registration and submitting payment.
Dates: September–May (determined by coaches and competition schedule)
Cost: $275 (includes $30 VEX V5 Club Fee + $245 Robotics Fee)

Deadline for payment: September 13, 2025
