We offer group swim lessons, lifeguard training and so much more for kids and adults. Our aquatics program is one of the best in Oakland County. All of our staff are American Red Cross (ARC) certified lifeguards and instructors

Ten Pre-K students and six Early Childhood Special Education Students (ECSE) students join together in a three hour class, supported by a Pre-K Teacher, ECSE teacher, and ECSE paraprofessional.
We recommend that children enrolling in a Pre-K 3 class turn three on or before September 1st of the year. Children enrolling in any Pre-K class must be fully toilet trained.

Short Description
Simply put, this club is to provide useful and applicable information about physical training. We plan to do this by hosting flexible and low-time commitment meetings, (likely using google slides, research, studies, other forms of presentations etc) where we present a different aspect of training, and provide it in the most helpful and efficient way imaginable in the shoes of the members.
We won't actually be lifting in person and personal training one-on-one (Due to risk of injury). We'll cover topics through presentation and talks such as:
-Hypertrophy training
-Neuromuscular adaptation and specificity in strength training
-How training can and should directly supplement a student-athletes specific sport
-Why a student should pick up a form physical activity in the first place
-Mentality
-Methods to cut time down with an understandably busy schedule
-Equipment and gyms in the area
-Diet and Nutrition
-What to expect as a beginner
-Genetics and pre-determined physical structure
-Basic form and injury prevention
-Common mistakes
This is NOT to sound like it's a classroom. These will simply be fun, 100% authentic, and well-researched presentations with the intent to entertain and HELP club members. Club members are always free to ask question n person or reach out, or pitch tin their own ideas and philosophies surrounding training.
Refund Guidelines
Refund Eligibility:Refunds are only available for club fees if the request is made before the club officially starts. Once a club's activities have begun (i.e., the first meeting or event has occurred), no refunds will be issued.
Request Process:Refund requests must be submitted in writing (email or physical form) to the designated club coordinator prior to the club's start date. The request should include the reason for the refund and the student’s contact information.
Refund Timeline:Refund requests will be processed within 10 business days of the request being approved, provided the request is made prior to the first club meeting or activity.
Special Circumstances:In cases of extreme circumstances (such as medical emergencies), the school district may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis, even after the club has started. Documentation may be required to support the request. If a club is canceled, a refund will be issued.
