We offer group swim lessons, lifeguard training and so much more for kids and adults. Our aquatics program is one of the best in Oakland County. All of our staff are American Red Cross (ARC) certified lifeguards and instructors

Ten Pre-K students and six Early Childhood Special Education Students (ECSE) students join together in a three hour class, supported by a Pre-K Teacher, ECSE teacher, and ECSE paraprofessional.
We recommend that children enrolling in a Pre-K 3 class turn three on or before September 1st of the year. Children enrolling in any Pre-K class must be fully toilet trained.

Elementary Summer Learning STEAM & Lit Camp

Short Description
Once upon a time, there was a bestselling camp that tuned favorite children's books into fantastical slimy adventures. Students will work in small STEAM Teams to mix up new slime classics like Alice's Un-birthday Cake Slime, Charlie's Everlasting Gobstopper Slime, Percy's Blue Cookie Slime, Narnia's Turkish Delight Slime and STEAMwarts Butter Beer Slime. In addition to making two slimes a day, every camper will also receive a copy of our book Surprise at Blow Cart Beach: A Challenge Island STEAM Adventure, which is filled with slimy science and treasures. Students should bring a snack, a water bottle, and wear sunscreen daily; we will take snack and play breaks when possible. Any students who attend both Challenge Island AM and PM camps this week are welcome to bring a sack lunch, and stay, eat and relax with instructors over lunch hour at no extra cost.
If you need to cancel this class you would need to do so 7 days or more from exact start date of class, and subject to a $10 service fee. No refunds, transfers, or cancellations will be given if you cancel less than 7 days regardless of sign up date.
Challenge Island is an award-winning STEAM enrichment program where smart and curious kids work in "STEAM Teams" to solve fun, hands-on "challenges" which teach them about STEAM fundamentals and cross-curricular topics, plus important success skills like creativity, critical thinking, problem solving and much more. Each of our summer camps focus on a positive atmosphere packed with activities and learning, with the goal of encouraging children to be more confident and excited about their skills in STEAM and working together.
